wūndertap is a studio arfected product, currently in pilot. This page explains what information this website collects when you use it, and what happens to it. It covers wundertap.com only, not the App Clip experiences we build for individual events, which may collect their own information as described within each experience.
This site has two forms: the contact form, and the digital readiness scorecard. Both ask for your name and email address, and the scorecard also records your answers to the readiness questions. We don't collect anything beyond what you type into those forms, plus the general visit data described below under Analytics.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, things like which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are located, and what device or browser they're on. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to do this, and the data it collects is handled under Google's own privacy policy. We don't use it to identify you personally, and we don't combine it with the information you submit through our forms.
If you'd rather not be tracked, you can block cookies in your browser settings or use a tool like the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Both forms are powered by Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service. When you submit a form, Web3Forms receives what you entered and forwards it to us by email. We don't operate our own database or server to store form submissions separately, your details live in that email and nowhere else on our end.
We use the information you submit to reply to you, whether that's following up on a contact form enquiry or getting in touch after you complete the scorecard. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside of Web3Forms acting as our processor.
We keep submission emails for as long as is useful for following up with you, and delete them when they're no longer needed. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us and we'll take care of it.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Get in touch through the contact form and we'll sort it out.
We're a small team in early pilot, so this policy may change as the product does. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever it does.
