5 things a digital event guide can do that paper can't

A printed program is a snapshot. It's correct the moment it goes to the printer, and slowly wrong after that. A schedule slips, a room changes, a speaker cancels, and the guest holding the paper has no way to know. A digital guide that lives behind a tap doesn't have that problem, and that's really just the start of what it can do.

1. It stays current after it's already in someone's hand

Update the content on your end, and every guest who taps in sees the new version, instantly, without reprinting anything or hoping people notice a sign taped over the old schedule. For anything that can shift on the day, a digital guide is the only version that's reliably still accurate by dinner.
